Generic generators write about 'a proven track record' and 'passion for excellence'. Employers have read it ten thousand times. FitCV writes the letter from the two things you gave it: your resume and the job ad. It names the role and the company from the ad and picks the one or two achievements in your resume that best answer what the ad asks for.
Because the letter is checked against your resume, it cannot say you led a rollout you never led. Sentences with an employer, tool or number that your resume does not contain are dropped before you see them.
The letter is under 220 words and in first person. Read it once and change anything that does not sound like you. You know the hiring manager's name and what you actually care about in the job. FitCV does not.
How it works
- Paste your resume and the job ad.
- Run the full tailoring.
- Read the letter and fix the voice.
- Download it as DOCX or PDF.
